SHIPPING

We endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible and all 

shipping is in collaboration with our partner Australia Post.

At this time there may be possible delays in some countries due to flight disruptions caused by COVID-19. For further information on the status of your country, please check here 

(Includes tracking and where possible no contact delivery).

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout using Australia Post Domestic and International Shipping Rates and shipped from our home town in Byron Bay..

You can select Express or Standard Options at this point.

We endeavour to ship on the same day where we can to ensure you get your TL pieces as soon as possible! We will send you a confirmation email for your order and also notify you once the order has been fulfilled.. You can track your parcel from there!

**INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout using current Australia Post international shipping rates. You can select Express or standard Options at this point.

Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 3-7 working days. Please refer to the link above for more accurate air-freight delivery costs and shipping times.

On occasion, some shipments may take longer to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs (although this is not usually the case).

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

Late Deliveries

If you have not received your order within the days specified above, please contact shop1@tiganilux.com If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:

Orders placed after 1pm will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.

Out of Stock items

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via email within 2 business days and inform you of the expected delivery if the product is not already noted as 'Out of Stock' on our website.

All shipping costs here are stated in Australian Dollars.

Important Information

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or high volume times such as December.
